You must crawl, walk, or dive UNDER the pole and through the mud.2. Crawling Balance Beam
You must CRAWL across the balance beam. (NO WALKING OR STANDING). If you fall off the beam, you must go back to the beginning and start again, until you make it all the way across.3. Sunflower seed Spit
You must take a cup of sunflower seeds and spit at least 5 seeds through the toilet seat before moving on.4. Mud Climb and Slide
You must climb up a designated side of the mud hill and then slide down the other side.5. Bat Spin
You must place your forehead on the handle of the bat, WITH the other end of the bat touching the ground, and spin around 3 times before moving on.6. Snowboard Ski
You must place both feet in the straps and move a certain distance without falling over. If your feet fall out of the straps or you fall over you must stop, stand up, and put your feet back into the straps before you can continue.7. Tire Run with Water Balloon
You must run through a set of tires with a water balloon under your chin. CANNOT use your hands to hold the balloon in place. If you drop the balloon, you must go back, get another one, and start over.8. Team Toilet Paper Pass
4 players required. You must wait for all teammates before starting this event. The teams will line up between a roll of toilet paper and a bucket. The first person must hold the roll of toilet paper with some part of their body and, WITHOUT USING THEIR HANDS, pass the toilet paper roll onto the next person. This continues until the last person. The last person must drop the toilet paper roll into the bucket. Your time stops once the toilet paper roll lands in the bucket.
Mud Volleyball
Do to the potential number of teams and so we don't have to turn teams away, there will be Mud Volleyball Tournaments on Saturday and Sunday.
Start time will be 10:00 am on both days.
Pre-registration is required.
Registrations must be received at Tilton City Hall no later than Thursday July 29th 4pm.
ONLY EXCEPTION is for an opening in a bracket.
Teams are responsible for checking brackets on the website on Friday July 30th to see when they play.
Teams will be placed in two pools, Pool A will play Saturday and Pool B will play Sunday.

Mud Volleyball Rules:
1. Some type of foot protection must be worn. (It is strongly suggested to wear socks, then wrap feet and lower leg with duct tape, if not wearing shoes)
2. Teams may be Co-ed (although not required).
3. Teams must play with a total of 6 players in the mud pit.
4. Teams may consist of 2 alternate players.
5. Each team must identify a Team Captain.
6. Players can only play on one team.
7. All games will be played to 15 points using Rally Scoring (points will be awarded on all serves). Teams must win by two.
8. Tournament will consist of Double Elimination play.
9. Served balls that touch the net are out of play and the opposing team gets the ball and is awarded a point.
10. Any ball making contact with the Mud, a Net Serve, and/or a Ball Hitting Out of Bounds scores a point for the non-infracting team
11. A ball hitting any part of the water in the pit is a fare ball.
12. Subsitutions are allowed, a Substitute goes to the back row to the left of the server.
13. Players must rotate clockwise.
14. The ball can only be contacted 3 times by one team prior to being hit across the net.
15. No player can hit the ball more than once in succession.
16. Players may not reach across the net to attack the ball. The ball can be spiked but hands may not break the plane of the net.
17. Team to win coin toss can pick to serve OR may pick net sides. Decision to be made by team captain prior to game.
18. Tournament supervisor may eject any player who displays Unsportsman Like Behavior.
Any player arguing with an official will be asked to leave the game and immediate vicinity.
Players removed from a game will not be allowed to participate in future games during tournament.
19. Matches will continue in the rain.
However, in the event of lightning being sighted,
tournament directors reserve the right to suspend or alter matches at their discretion.Judges Decisions Are Final !!!!!!!

ATV Pull

General Regulations
1. No ATV will exceed overall dimensions of 60 inches wide or 84 inches long. This will be measured at the longest and widest points, including tires, rims, racks, weights, etc.
2. Machine must have a hitch no higher than the center of rear axle, and extending no farther rearward than 6 inches from the center of rear axle.
3. Each weight class will include the weight of the machine plus the weight of the driver.
4. All ATV’s must be operated in a safe manner on and off the track. NO speeding or wheelies allowed.
5. ATV must use only 2 driving wheels. No dual wheels allowed.
6. ATV must use only rubber tires. No chains or studs allowed.
7. ATV must have working brakes, fenders over the 2 rear tires, and a spring return throttle (lever or twist)
8. All drivers must be at least 18 years of age, 17 years and under must have written consent from parent or guardian.
9. All drivers must wear shirts, pants, shoes, and a helmet during pull.
10. No alcohol is allowed. Violators including drivers and pit crews will be disqualified.
11. If the ATV goes out of bounds during the pull, you are done.
12. The puller will be given 2 consecutive attempts to start the sled.
13. All pulls will start with a tight hitch. No jerking is allowed.
14. All weights to be fastened securely to the machine with ratchet strap binders. The loss of any object while hooked to the sled will be a disqualification. (No tarp straps allowed.)
15. No unsafe acts permitted on track or in pits. Reckless operation or speeding will be cause for disqualification.
16. All entries are stopped once the first ATV of that class hooks to the sled.
17. No weights can extend more than 6 inches in front of and/or rear of the tires, wheelie bar excluded.
18. ATV may enter any class once with the same driver.
19. Only pump gas is permitted for use as a fuel. Neither nitrous oxide nor pressurized fuels are allowed.
20. Each participant has one pull per class, except in a tie or pull off.
21. At their discretion, any contestant may opt to advance to a higher weight or cc class.
22. The judges will settle any discrepancies in the rules and their decisions are final and must be accepted in a sportsman-like manner.
Stock Class
1. No engine, suspension or gearing modification. (Exception: ratchet strapped suspension allowed as long as not solidly blocked) Air filter upgrades no considered modified.
2. No tires with tread bars running the full width of the tire.
3. No axle extensions or wider offset rims.
4. No aftermarket exhausts.
5. Maximum tire size is 25 x 12 inches. (unless originally equipped with larger size).
Modified Class
1. Bored out engines, other than factory gears or sprockets, solidly blocked suspensions.
2. Paddle tires (treads running full width of tire)

RESTRICTIONS FOR CLASS I
DUE TO THE AGES OF THIS CLASS THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:
- The tractor must have a dead man kill switch devise on the clutch side of tractor.
- A parent or relative must accompany the child and must be on the side where the kill switch is located whenever the tractor is moving, both on and off the track.
- Once the tractor has started pulling, the throttle, clutch or gearing cannot be changed by the parent or relative.
**TRACTORS DRIVEN BY ANY DRIVER UNDER THE AGE OF 15 MUST HAVE RUNNING BOARDS TO AVOID INJURY TO THE DRIVER.

**THE SAFETY COMMITTEE OF THE SPONSORING BRANCH MUST APPROVE EXCEPTION TO ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS. THE DECISION OF THE SAFETY COMMITTEE ON ANY EXCEPTION TO OR INTERPRETATION OF A REQUIREMENT IS FINAL.
DRIVER’S DUTIES, RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- All drivers must be familiar with the rules for their respective classes and abide by those rules.
- All drivers Must operate their tractor(s)/ATV in a safe courteous and sportsmanlike manner.
- All owners & drivers are encouraged to keep their tractors clean and presentable to the public.
- All drivers must stay safety conscious at all times.
- All drivers must be able to maintain control of and be able to stop forward motion of their tractor at any given moment.
- All drivers MUST obey the flagman while on the track during the pull.
- Drivers will receiver the start and stoop signals from the flagman only.
- All drivers must, when hooking to the sled, ensure their tractor is in neutral, their foot is off the clutch pedal and raise their hands in the air away from the steering wheel to signal the track persons that it is safe to hook the sled to the tractor.
- All drivers must, at the end of their pull, when the flagman signals them to stop, ensure that their tractor is either switched off or the tractor placed in the neutral, throttle returned to idle, foot off of the clutch pedal and their hands raised in the air away from the steering wheel to signal the flagman that it is safe to unhook the tractor from the sled.
- All drivers must report any unsafe conditions, act or concerns to the flagman, any rules committee person.
- All drivers, owners may voice their concerns, questions or complaints at any time, but must refrain from being belligerent, obnoxious or abusive and must take these items to the Event committee.
- All drivers should be careful to ensure that they do no consciously, deliberately or excessively jerk the sled when starting their pull. This could cause damage to the sled .
- The first official measured pull of each stock class has the option to come back in the 3rd position, the stock altered, super stock & limited tractors will come back last hook in the class. The flagman must be informed of this by the driver prior to unhooking the tractor and inform the sled operator so that the announcer and recorder may be notified.
GENERAL RULES FOR ALL CLASSES
1. All drivers must be able to operate the tractor in a safe manner, be able to stop forward motion of their tractor at any given time with no assistance during their pull, start flag to unhook. (Assistance can be given to hook the tractor, lock in gear (if needed) & then helper must leave the track before the green flag is given). Any driver may be required to perform a driving test at the discretion of any two (2) rules committee members/officers at any time.
2. Drivers must have control of the tractor at all times. Chain must be tight before starting sled. NO jerking bouncing or shifting gears. When you receive the red flag, your pull is over. All drivers must obey the flagman. All tractors must be switched off or placed in neutral, throttle returned to idle and drivers hands placed in the air to signal track workers it is safe to hook or unhook the tractor from the sled.
3. Driver only – no riders while tractor is being driver or towed. No tractors are to be left unattended while running.
4. Driver must wear shirt, long pants and closed toe shoes while pulling.
5. Driver must remain in the seat at all times, maintain a complete full grip on the steering wheel with at least one hand at all times during the pull.
6. No smoking while pulling. No hot rodding on or off the track.
7. All tractors no ready to hook when sled is spotted will drop to LAST in the class and have five minutes to hook.
8. Each tractor may be entered more than once only with separate driver.
9. No entries will be taken or refunded after the start of the class. Pulling position will be determined by drawing prior to start of pull and draw number written on registration form, otherwise that entry will go to the bottom of pulling order for that class. Any entries received less than 15 minutes before posted start time will be placed at the bottom of pulling order for that class. Draw number and DRIVER’S name must be written legibly on the registration form. If driver should change, table workers must be notified.
10. Any pull not past forty-foot (40’) mark will be allowed only one more attempt. This includes tractors out of bounds and objects falling off of tractor prior to the 40’ mark.
11. Any tire of tractor going out of bounds or crossing the out-of-bounds line or puller flagged for any reason will stop pull at that point. If the tractor is flagged for being out of bounds, that tractor will receive no points for that class that day and there will be no payout in that class for that tractor. In the event that the tractor is the first hook in the class, it will not be allowed to come back 3rd or last in the class (meaning there will be no 2nd chance). The flagman will make these determinations and is the final authority. The sponsor of each pull is to set a full pull mark at a predetermined point on the track. There will be no out of bounds lines past the point of full pull unless clearly marked.
12. All complaints/concerns of sled operator, scales or sled owner will be directed to the flagman, Or event committee. If a driver/owner is warned by the flagman or any official for any rules violation, the following will apply. Any reprimands and /or concerns will be recorded, signed and kept of file. No one is allowed on the track except the officials working the track (flag to flag).
· First offense: verbal warning
· Second offense: disqualification and forfeiture of prize
· Third offense: suspension for next years pull.
13. Any consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or abusive language will be grounds for disqualification for any tractor owner or driver. Any owner or driver who assaults or threatens to do bodily harm to any official or person on the grounds at a sanctioned pull will be barred from participating the remainder of the day and for the next two pulls. If an incident that causes disqualification for any reason occurs during or immediately after the tractor has pulled, all prize money will be foreited for the day.
14. Weigh in will start one (1) hour before the pull starts. Once the scales are set, they cannot be moved without the approval of event committee. ALL tractors must cross the scales for weight verification before pulling each class. Hitting or moving the scales will be cause for disqualification (as per rule 12) ALL tractors will be kept in the staging area until pulling. If your tractor leaves the pit/staging area, you are required to reweigh the tractor before pulling. Tractor and driver may not exceed weight for class. In the event of a tractor reweigh, total weight may not exceed class weight by five (5) pounds.
15. The first official measured puller in each stock class has the option of accepting first pull or may decline and come back and pull 3rd **(also see rule #7 & rule #10)**(Division I & II will come back last). The first puller in each class will NOT lose their option in the event of sled change or sled reweigh. If you are the first hook in a class and an object fall on the track, or the tractor goes out of bounds, there will be no option to come back third or last.
16. All tractors must have working brakes and seats with a back of safe design, to keep driver from sliding off, tip over (wheelie) bars, hitch, an approved kill switch and fenders ofa safe design. Fenders and footrest should be designed to keep feet and legs from coming into contact with tires. Exhaust, if not stock, must be discharged up. Dual wheels, four-wheel drives and tire chains will not be allowed. All clutches must have 360 degree shielding and all shielding must be in place, including fenders. All starter generator pulleys must be shielded. This shield must be designed and secured to contain pulley in case of breakage. Hitches and kill switches must be easily accessible for hooking & unhooking. All stock tractors must be set up for the use of an optical tachometer for reading RPM’s. All wheelie bars shall be mounted in a manner to prevent movement.
17. A tractor must be running, hooked to the sled and attempt to move the sled to receive points. Any object falling on the track is cause for disqualification (hook to flag). Tractor will be given no points for that class for that day.
18. Owners & drivers are encouraged to keep their tractors clean and presentable to the public.
19. Maximum length of tractor & weight cannot exceed 8’ from the center of the rear axle to the furthest most forward point.
20. There will be no excessive leaning (side to side or backwards). Long hair or ponytails mut be kept tied short enough to keep from getting caught in wheels. Anyone under 10 years of age must take and pass a driving test and will be required to wear a helmet.
Infractions:
MINOR INFRACTIONS – weights, hitch height or RPM, if appropriate
MAJOR INFRATIONS – anything other than a minor infraction.
Penalties:
MINOR INFRACTION
If found illegal of a minor infraction, that tractor will lose all entry fees, prize for that day. A 2nd offense for the same infraction by the same driver or the same tractor will be considered the same as a 1st Major offense. Must prove problem is corrected upon returning for competition.
MAJOR INFRACTION
1st offense- That tractor (as per entry registration) will be disqualified from this pull and the next two pulls, lose any entry fees, points, and prize money for that day. Must prove the problem is corrected upon returning for competition.
2nd offense- If found to be illegal of a major infraction that TRACTOR AND ITS DRIVER will lose all entry fees, prize money & points for that day and will be suspended for one year from date of protest. Any driver guilty of 2nd offense, regardless, will be suspended from competition for one year. Must prove problem is corrected upon returning for competition.

11. A completed run by the participant is determined by the entire truck
crossing the marked finish line

1. All drivers must sign in to participate
2. All drivers must have a Valid Drivers License
3. All pit pass holders must sign a Insurance Release Form
4. All drivers must sign an Insurance Release Form.
5. Drivers WILL NOT CONSUME ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
prior to their run in the pit or during their run.
6. All drivers and riders must wear funtioning safety restraint/seatbelt
7. All trucks must have some type of a pull strap pre attached to their truck
for pull back.
8. No one is allowed in the competition area except event staff/officials
9. No reckless driving in the pit area, if you are caught driving reckless,
you will be disqualified from the event and forfeit any and all entry fees.
Pit Speed Limit is 5 m.p.h.
10. Boundries will be set for the pit, drivers/trucks that cross those
boundries will be disqualified.
11. A completed run by the participant is determined by the entire truck
crossing the marked finish line
12. The drivers run is completed when the official flags the driver
13. All Judges Decisions are final without exception
14. Riders are subject to drivers rules. No Riders In Bed of Trucks
15. Riders must also wear a helmet, be seatbelted and ride in manufactures
seat.
16. No Self Manufactured Seats Allowed.
17. PROOF OF VEHICLE INSURANCE REQUIRED.GO AS FAR AS YOU CAN GO
ANY EVENT STAFF / OFFICAL RESERVES THE RIGHT

Lil' Miss Redneck Contest

Contestants will be judged in the following three categories:1. Redneck Outfit
2. Best Redneck Joke
3. Penny Votes during the weekend
The way the Lil' Miss Redneck contest this year will work is that the contestants will be brought up on stage in there best Redneck Outfit that they can come up with, be introduced to the crowd. Each contestant will be given a can and will announce that they will be collecting pennies, each representing a vote, from Friday until Sunday morning. The contestants will then appear Sunday afternoon back on stage with the same outfit and must tell a Redneck Joke, and will be judged for outfit and joke. Each point will be a vote that is added to their penny vote and whoever has the most votes after will win the contest.
Baby Contest

Rules:1. Age 0 - under 6 months
2. Age 6 months - under 1st birthday
3. Age 1 year - under 18 months
4. Age 18 months - under 2nd birthday
5. Age 2 years - under 3rd birthday
6. Age 3 years - 4 years
Each age group will have 3 winners. One in each of the following
categories:
A. Best Redneck Outfit
B. Best Parent and Child Look Alike
C. Best Redneck Hat or Hair
The awards will be given to 3 separate children in each category. All participants will receive participation recognition
All results will be entirely at the discretion of the judging panel and are not subject to dispute.
Please remember this is a Redneck Baby Contest and is entirely
for fun.
Registration will be by the stage and all children must be registered before the cut-off limit of 15 minutes prior to the starting time of 9:30 AM.
Registration time is from 8:30 AM - 9:15 AM

Game Play Rules
1. A 20 minute time limit is applied to each game.
2. Partners stand at opposite cornhole boards on the same side.
3. Each cornhole team will have 4 bags of one color
4. All 8 cornhole bags begin at one end.
5. A coin flip will determine which team has honors in round one. The team with honors also chooses
which side of the boards their team will set up on
6. The team who has honors will begin play by throwing a bag at the opposite cornhole board.
7. A cornhole player may throw from anywhere behind the front of the cornhole board, from the side they are throwing from.
8. Alternate throws between the two opponets until all 8 bags have been thrown.
9. If a cornhole bag hits the ground then bounces up onto the board, the bag is removed and does not count.
10. Count the points scored during the round. If no team has reached 21 in 20 minutes, the highest round score moves to the
next round. If both teams have the same score, then a one bag toss will determines which team moves to the next round.
The team that scores the highest amount of points on the previous round will have honors or if both teams have the same
then a coin flip determines which cornhole team has honors in the next round.
11. This is a "Double Elimination Tournament". 2 losses and your team is out.
12. Fast play is critical in order to keep the tournament moving. When a team is called, it is expected to report to the court it is
assigned within 5 minutes. If the team does not report within 5 minutes, that team forfeits the game. The forfeit is considered
a loss and will be counted as such in the standings.
Cornhole Fouls
1. A cornhole players foot goes past the foul line. (front of the cornhole board)
2. A player goes out of turn.
3. A 20 second time limit applied to toss your bag.
When a foul occurs during a throw, it is voided, the bag will be removed from the board.
Point Scoring System
- 3 points for a cornhole bag that goes through the hole.
- 1 point for a cornhole bag that is on the playing surface.
- 1 point for a cornhole bag hanging into the hole.
- 1 point for a cornhole bag that is hanging off the edge, but not touching the ground
- 0 points for a cornhole bag that is on the playing surface but touching the ground also.
- 0 points for a cornhole bag that is hanging off the front edge and resting on a cornhole bag that is on the ground.
The team that reaches 21 first, will be the winner. You do not have to win by 2
This is a cancellation format where opposing players frame points cancel one another out. Only those points that do not cancel out apply to the total overall score.
Tug-O-War
$10.00 per team
5 person teams
Kids Teams - Age 12 and under
Adult Teams - Age 13 and up
Kids teams will play first.
No alcohol will be permitted during play.
Must have some type of foot wear. (No Flip Flops)
If at any time a team member lets go of the rope prior to red flag crossing line, that team will be disqualified.
Winning team is determined when the red flag crosses the finish line.
Single elimination bracket play.
No gloves or tape allowed, must be bare handed.
Teams cannot anchor the rope. This means teams cannot wrap the rope around any member of the team.
Teams must be at pit 15 minutes prior to the event for briefing.
All Judges’ Decisions Are Final.
