Mud Volleyball

(place between)Do to the potential number of teams and so we don't have to turn teams away, there will be Mud Volleyball Tournaments on Saturday and Sunday.

Start time will be 10:00 am on both days.
Pre-registration is required.
Registrations must be received at Tilton City Hall no later than Thursday July 29th 4pm.
ONLY EXCEPTION is for an opening in a bracket.
Teams are responsible for checking brackets on the website on Friday July 30th to see when they play.
Teams will be placed in two pools, Pool A will play Saturday and Pool B will play Sunday.
Payment has to be paid prior to playing but not at the time of registration.

Queen Pageant

Contestants will be judged in the following four categories:

1.      Redneck Outfit

2.      Redneck Formal Wear

3.      Talent

4.      Congeniality (being friendly)

 

Prizes will be given to 1st place in each category.  No contestant will win in more than one category to become queen.  Contestant with the highest overall score will be crowned 2011 REDNECK QUEEN.  The Queen must make appearances throughout the Redneck Games and Events weekend.  Participants must be between the ages of 16 - 106, all sizes and shapes welcome to join in.  The number of contestants will be 15, there will be a meeting on July 13th and July 20th @ 6:30 pm at the EMS Office on West 5th in Tilton.  Fill out the following application.

Baby Contest

Rules:

1.      Age 0 - under 6 months

2.      Age 6 months - under 1st birthday

3.      Age 1 year - under 18 months

4.      Age 18 months - under 2nd birthday

5.      Age 2 years - under 3rd birthday

6.      Age 3 years - 4 years

 

Each age group will have 3 winners. One in each of the following

categories:

A.     Best Redneck Outfit

B.     Best Parent and Child Look Alike

C.     Best Redneck Hat or Hair

 

The awards will be given to 3 separate children in each category. All participants will receive participation recognition

All results will be entirely at the discretion of the judging panel and are not subject to dispute.

Please remember this is a Redneck Baby Contest and is entirely

for fun.

Registration will be by the stage and all children must be registered before the cut-off limit of 15 minutes prior to the starting time of 9:30 AM.

Registration time is from 8:30 AM - 9:15 AM

 





Corn Hole

Point Scoring System

- 3 points for a cornhole bag that goes through the hole.
- 1 point for a cornhole bag that is on the playing surface.
- 1 point for a cornhole bag hanging into the hole.
- 1 point for a cornhole bag that is hanging off the edge, but not touching the ground
- 0 points for a cornhole bag that is on the playing surface but touching the ground also.
- 0 points for a cornhole bag that is hanging off the front edge and resting on a cornhole bag that is
on the ground.

The team that reaches 21 first, will be the winner. You do not have to win by 2
This is a cancellation format where opposing players frame points cancel one another out. Only those points that do not cancel out apply to the total overall score.







Tug-O-War

$10.00 per team
5 person teams
Kids Teams - Age 12 and under
Adult Teams - Age 13 and up

Kids teams will play first.
No alcohol will be permitted during play.
Must have some type of foot wear. (No Flip Flops)
If at any time a team member lets go of the rope prior ro red flag crossing line, that team will be disqualified.
Winning team is determined when the red flag crosses the finish line.
Single elimination bracket play.
No gloves or tape allowed, must be bare handed.
Teams cannot anchor the rope.  This means teams cannot wrap the rope around any member of the team.
Teams must be at pit 15 minutes prior to the event  for briefing.

All Judges’ Decisions Are Final.
