The Tilton Ambulance Service is a volunteer service that serves the Village of Tilton with a population of 3000. We are dedicated to serving our community by providing a valuable service to mainly, a bedroom community. We are a basic ambulance service with 14 volunteers that consist of Paramedics, Intermediates and Basic EMT’s.
Tilton Ambulance is committed to giving back to our community. We do this by hosting an an-nual event that has become the Village of Tiltons largest event and one of Vermilion County’s largest events. It is a fund raiser for the ambulance service to help offset costs of the service to the Village of Tilton, to provide funding to enroll students into the Emergency Medical Technician class, provide Student Scholarships, and Emergency Relief funds for the less fortunate. Men, women and children of all ages attend the event and leave with a smile, a laugh, but most of all a memory. This event is the Tilton Redneck Games and Events.
